MUMBAI: Aaryan Banthia a talent powerhouse who is a guitarist cum composer and a singer all in one released his fifth single on the 18th of February 2021. Aaryan was introduced to ‘Progressive Rock’ very early in his life and is now exploring it as a Guitarist-Composer for the very first time in Shades of Spring. Aaryan is displaying his major prowess in Guitar this time. The song has been composed, produced, and performed by Aaryan. Joining him on the drums is drummer Sambit Chatterjee. This song has been recorded at the The Bombay Gramaphone Company(TBGC) studios.
Shades of Spring blends progressive rock and fusion music with Hindustani Classical to bring out one of the most mellifluous numbers composed by Aaryan. It is aptly based on Raag Basant which is a Hindustani Classical Raag usually sung/performed in the spring season.
Speaking about the song, Aaryan Banthia, said, “I am absolutely delighted to bring my fifth song Shades of Springto my beloved fans. Spring is the season of renewal, new hopes and aspirations, and growth. The song is about all this and more. It has the colors, sights, sounds, and smells of springtime in how it is composed. The best part is that it is an amalgamation of two different musical genres and based on Raag Basant, one of my favorites as well. I hope that everyone will enjoy listening to the song.”

In times to come post the pandemic, Aaryan plans to rewrite live shows and bring forth his musical style through various musical compositions and performances.
