MUMBAI: Malayalam general entertainment channel Asianet has shifted the timing of its popular musical reality show, Idea Star Singer Season 4, from 19 July.
Currently in its final leg, Idea Star Singer will now be aired at 8 pm, instead of 8.30 pm earlier, Monday through Friday.
The show, which began with 40 contestants, is now down to the top six. On 19 July, in a special one-and-half hour episode, Asianet will air the exciting moments of the final elimination of the show.

The grand finale of Idea Star Singer Season 4 will be held on 1 August at Chandrashekaran Nair Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram. The judging panel for the finale constitutes KS Chithra, MG Sreeekumar, Sarath and SP Balasubramanyam.
The channel is also shifting its mythological serial Devi Mahathmyam to 9.30 pm (Monday to Friday) band from 19 July onwards
