MUMBAI: ArtistAloud.com has initiated its annual rock music festival â€?Rock Aloud’ featuring 15 rock bands from across four cities namely Pune, Guwahati, Hyderabad and Goa.
A few local bands that have been chosen from four cities include Alobo Naga & The Band, Hammerhead, Varun Carvalho, Elvis Rumion, Tamir Khan, Eagle Riders and Indus Gharana.
ArtistAloud.com assistant vice-president Soumini Paul said, “Launching 15 rock bands across 4 cities is what makes Rock Aloud unique and we believe that in the growing space of rock artistes and music, it is an offering that provides distribution for artistes who are locally well known and have the opportunity of getting known nationally through us. It’s our way of saying – Don’t Just Rock, Rock Aloud!”
