MUMBAI: Hyderabad ka Radio City 91.1FM has joined hands with Hyderabad based Madhura Audio for the music launch of popular Telugu singer Ravi Varma’s brand new music album â€?Virus’. The FM station played host to the innovative on-air launch and premiere of this album on â€?Hyderabadsha’ (5-9 PM) with the city’s favourite RJ Shankar Dada. Joining Ravi and RJ Shankar Dada for the launch today, was renowned Music Director RP. Patnaik, Ghazal Maestro Srinivas and noted Tollywood Producer G. Padmarao.
With Hyderabad ka Radio City 91.1FM having exclusive rights to this album for a week starting Dec 29, the FM station broke the lead track â€?Virus’ on RJ Shankar Dada’s â€?Hyderabadsha’ today. In a LIVE interview with RJ Shankar Dada, Ravi along with Ghazal Srinivas, RP. Patnaik and G. Padmarao interacted with listeners on-air. The effervescent Ravi Varma, who is known as the â€?Sukhvinder Singh’ of Telugu Cinema, spoke at length about the album and songs featured in the same.
Commenting on the innovative on-air launch of his third album â€?Virus’, singer Ravi Varma said, I’m a great fan of Hyderabad’s Radio City 91.1FM and listen to it whenever I’m on the move between my recordings.
