MUMBAI: Radio Misty 94.3 FM, the first fm and Number one fm station of North Bengal has partnered with the largest flower festival of North East to be held from 20th January. This is silver jubilee year of this flower show. Thousands of people including students and foreign tourist’s visits this Flower Show held in Siliguri for four days.
The show is being organized by the Siliguri Horticultural Society. The venue kanchangunja stadium in Siliguri will see flower exhibitors from West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Nepal, Assam and Bihar. About 150 varieties of flower plants are to be exhibited in this show. Various cultural programmes are to be were organized every day. Beside this Drawing competition, Recitation, songs, Dance, Kids Fashion show will also be organized.
Says, Radio Misty Chief Executive Officer Nishant Mittal we always believe in direct connect with listerners.This flower show is the biggest flower festival in this region. The aim of the programme is to make people aware of the natural beauty given by the plants. We will air special shows from the grounds in specially built studios.RJ will daily host game shows, where Gifts will be given to winners. This is silver jubilee year of this flower show, so many more shows are been planned to make this a big buzz.
