MUMBAI: 9XM – India’s ultimate Bollywood Music destination welcomes Falli and Balli to its gang of animated dudes. The new characters will join the 9XM gang comprising of Bade Chote, Bheegi Billi, Betel Nuts and Badshah Bhai on the Channel beginning October 10, 2010 with their own show called FUNDA FRY.
FALLI and BALLI are 2 dogs who are fitness fanatics and give a whole new meaning to the term, ‘DIMAAG DAUDANA’. They have trained the best bodies in Bollywood and are ready to ‘jog’ the minds of the viewers. Balli the Rottweiler likes pumping iron and holds a bachelors degree in BICEPSology while Falli, the Chiwawa is doing his masters in FUNDAlogy and likes pumping brain. These gym trainers love training and are a lethal combination of Brawn and Brain!
Welcoming the new dudes Amar Tidke, Head of Programming, 9XM said “The success of Bakwaas Bandh Kar on 9XM by our popular dudes Bade and Chote got these canine friends Falli and Balli approach the channel executives at a gym to do a show on Bollywood. 9XM being the only Bollywood music destination, agreed to make them a part of the popular 9XM gang and provided them with their own show Funda Fry. Now everyone in office is on a health trip thanks to their arrival. I too have lost 3 kilos since their arrival! The show will acquaint viewers to some of the most amazing Fundas around Bollywood and other extremely interesting facets outside of Bollywood. With Bollywood being the core entertainment factor on the show these canine buddies will surely entertain viewers with their fundas on Bollywood celebrities and their experiences of training them. We are convinced that the viewers will love them as they have loved the other characters on the channel”
