MUMBAI: Varun Carvalho, Goa’s well known music artist launched the music video of his newest single ‘I Say I Love You’ from his soon to be released album You Walk Alone. The video stars Varun Carvalho himself along with model Azra Da Costa.
The love ballad I Say I Love You features on the playlist of Varun’s soon to be released album You Walk Alone. This will be Varun’s second album. Co-composed by Varun and Victor Fernandes, the track, whose lyrics were penned by Varun himself is a soulful rendition of love and togetherness.
Directed by Edric George and starring Varun Carvalho and model Azra Da Costa the music video captures the essence of the musical track. The video was shot at scenic locations across Goa including the incredible beautiful island of Divar and the green grassy plains of Bicholim.

Said Edric George on the making of the music video, “For this track we set out to showcase the chemistry that exists between a couple in love and we’ve managed to capture that fun element on screen. I also focused a lot on cinematography, putting forward some absolutely stunning landscapes of Goa as a backdrop to the video. We largely shot at locations in Divar and Bicholim. With mining being stopped we were able to capture the beauty of Bicholim on screen”
Talking about the music video said Varun Carvalho “Music was been my greatest passion. If we can cling on to our hopes and look at the positive side of life, we can successfully ride the storms of life. Each of my songs are a translation of this positive energy which I infuse into my music. My style of music is a subtle fusion of western and classical grooves which I am confident will appeal to all. The track will be aired on music channels and radio stations shortly”.
Varun Carvalho, a dentist by profession believes that the greatest joy is to create music. The passion for music drives him to take time off from the clinic and focus on writing lyrics, composing music and singing. Through the years he has composed a number of music tracks, both in English and Konkani. His first album I Gotta Go Home is available at music stores in Goa.
