The ghodi is northbound. After completing a successful set of dates in the UK, courtesy the British Council SoundPad project, Bangalore folk-rock act Swarathma will play three dates in and around the capital at the end of this month. We hear that the band were well received in the other motherland, so much so that they may be headed back sometime soon. Of the four acts that played dates in the UK (Swarathma, Advaita, Medusa, Arctic Indigo Children) Swarathma were always going to be the ones with the most to gain, and it looks like they’ve made good the opportunity.
