The festival will be celebrated across Hard Rock Cafes – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The Caf?© is offering mouthwatering, delicious burgers from across the globe including Australia, Lebanon, India, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Mexico and many more.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Amit Keswani, VP Sales and Marketing, JSM Corp Pvt Ltd says, Hard Rock Caf?©s across the world are famous for their rock music and lip smacking 10 Oz legendary burger. The idea is to offer an additional variety in one of our largest selling products. The Legendary Burger Festival will offer legendary burgers from six different countries with their authentic flavours for a limited time only.
The festival will include 10 Oz legendary burger from Australia- burger with roasted beef patty, fired eggs , honey and mustard mayo, Lebanon- a rich mediterranean beef burger with hummus, spicy, tabbouleh and yoghurt aioli for vegetarian an authentic Arabic crispy falafel burger with hummus, spicy tabbouleh and yoghurt aioli, India- chicken tikka patty, grilled and served with onion and carrot lacha, mint and chilli garlic sauce, Hong Kong- Asian style burger with schezwan sauce, sliced green onions and mushrooms, Sri Lanka- beef patty with coconut and cilantro mayo with toasted coconuts and creamy mushrooms, Mexico- with black and red refried beans, jalapenos, cilantro and chipotle salsa.
