MUMBAI: Featuring Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, the ‘High Heels’ song from the upcoming romantic comedy-drama movie ‘Ki and Ka’ released on 20 February 2016.
Written, directed and produced by R Balki, ‘Ki and Ka’ will be release on 1 April 2016. The song is sung by Meet Bros featuring Jaz Dhami and Aditi Singh Sharma, rapped by Yo Yo Honey Singh. The lyrics are credited to Kumaar and the music composition is by Meet brothers.
The song’s video features the lead actors Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, where Arjun is showing off four inch heels and Kareena is in her business attire. By stepping into those shoes, Arjun Kapoor has already grabbed the attention of his followers with the very first song of the film released on social media. Kareena is a sight for sore eyes with her corporate attire, well-defined cheekbones along with those killer thumkas on every beat of the song! And yes, this song is the reprised edition of Honey Singh’s chartbuster number which is a wacky number in itself and indeed fun to watch!
Though it is a reprised version, the peppy party song has created a lot of excitement in the last few days after its release. You unwillingly might judge it to be the original version, but according to us, the new ‘High Heels’ might just give the old single a run for its money. Nonetheless, we appreciate your attempt in bending the gender role, Mr Arjun Kapoor. It’s not at all easy to shake your legs in those red pair of heels!
