MUMBAI: Today, a host of superstars including Cody Simpson, Ed Sheeran, Nelson Mandela, Charlie XCX and UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon, have teamed up with the United Nations and the world’s most personalised music streaming service, MixRadio, to launch a global music video to continue a weeklong campaign to mark International Day of Happiness.
Recognizing music has the power to spread happiness and inspire solidarity and hope for a better tomorrow, the host of artists from around the world have teamed up to create a lip synced version of Charlie XCX’s popular track ‘Boom Clap’.
The #HappySoundsLike campaign, fronted by Australian singer/ songwriter Cody Simpson, will later this week launch an inspirational, international playlist created by artists and listeners from around the world, sharing the track that makes them happiest.
