MUMBAI: Sunnery James has graced the cover of the Dutch edition of Men’s Health magazine. In between performing at the world’s leading festivals like Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival, running his own record label with his partner in crime Ryan Marciano and releasing hit records, Sunnery found the time to get in the best shape of his life for this exclusive shoot. As a father of two and full-time globetrotting DJ, Sunnery tells all about how he manages to also stay in shape in an interview with Men’s Health.

Sunnery has been training with the same personal trainer, Hank Frans, for many years and although the groundwork was there, for the cover shoot he needed to push a bit harder. Hank was in charge of Sunnery’s rigorous dietary and training schedule over the past few months. “I’ve been in touch with my trainer more than my wife lately,” says Sunnery, who even brought his personal trainer along on tour to make sure he stuck to the routine.
