MUMBAI: Veteran Music director Bappi Lahiri has launched the ‘Top 25 Songs Of Bappi Lahiri Video Jukebox’ on Filmi Gaane –one of the most popular Shemaroo channels on YouTube. Lahiri, also popularly known as ‘The Disco King’, made the compilation live on Filmi Gaane himself. Excited and thrilled, Bappi Da sat watching the entire video with a smile on his face. He reconnected with his olden days and shared few of his experiences with the Shemaroo team as well.
The video jukebox features popular hits from ‘Disco Dancer’, ‘Namak Halal’, ‘Zakhmee’, ‘Kasam Paida Karnewale Ki’, ‘Dance Dance’, ‘Tarzan’, ‘Sailaab’ etc. It also features the musician’s personal favourites like ‘Chanda Dekhe Chanda’ from ‘Jhoothi’, ‘Dil Mein Ho Tum’ from ‘Satyamev Jayate’ and ‘Sochna Kya Jo Bhi Hoga’ from ‘Ghayal’.
Music Director Bappi Lahiri shared his thoughts on the occasion, “This juke box is very close to my heart as it has all my favourite numbers and I have launched it specially for my fans so that they can enjoy my songs with a simple click.”
