MUMBAI: The city of lakes Udaipur will welcome the angels Shalmali Kholgade, Jasmine Sandlas, Akasa Singh and Anusha Mani as they continue their journey from Gujarat to Rajasthan. On their way to the empowering sojourn, the angels will have n encounter with a lady who chased her dreams and broke all stereotypes- Kavita Joshi.
In the third episode of Sunsilk and MTV present Angels of Rock, Angels pit- stop at Sobhagpura in Udaipur to meet lady sarpanch Kavita Joshi. The angels find it surprising to see the young Kavita looking after the people of the village and also her family. A visit to her home will introduce the angels to Kavita’s extended family who live under one roof. The angels will also get a chance to live one day of Kavita’s life as they are assigned to play different roles. Jasmine will be seen taking care of Kavita’s child and family along with milking the cow while Anusha along with Kavita will be meeting a local group of women to whom Kavita is a sewing teacher. Akasa Singh will be given the most responsible job of gathering feedback about people’s issues and reporting back to Kavita.
On meeting an inspiring lady like Kavita Joshi, Anusha Mani said, “For a mother nothing is more important than her child. If she can leave her 1 year old child at home and dedicate her life to serve for the welfare of the people, she is definitely very brave, compassionate, giving, caring and nurturing in every possible way.”
