Ziro
Ziro is the home of Apatani tribe. It is simple, friendly and hospitable by nature. They are a non- nomadic, agrarian tribe, who cultivates in permanent wetlands without burning forests. Ziro valley is lush with paddy farms and is very well known for its paddy cum fish cultivation. The company helping them in farming is the elegant and harmless Indian Bisons which they call Mithun. In the olden days, there was a tradition of making a tattoo on their face, which one can still see on the face of the ladies.
