Nasha is a Delhi based ‘Sufi Rock Band’. It was formed in November 2009. They play a wide variety of songs. They all play Bollywood hit numbers with a Sufi touch to it. The band includes Akhil Sachdeva on vocals, Saurabh Jain on acoustics and vocals, Rohit on guitar, Jivi on bass and Ankur on drums.
The band has performed nationwide till date which includes various concerts, private shows, corporate shows to institutional gigs. They have also been privileged to perform with famous artistes like Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Mohit Chauhan, Atif Aslam and Hard Kaur.
Nasha has also been awarded as ‘The Best Band from North India’ by ‘Times Music’, ‘MTV Rockothon 2010’. They have shared stage with bands like Parikrama, Indian Ocean etc.
