Let There Be Rock! – A tribute to AC/DC

Girish and the Chronicles pay tribute to the cult hard rock band of the 70’s, AC/DC. AC/DC were an Australian hard rock band, formed in November 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, who continued as members, with frequent changes in their band’s line-up, until Malcolm’s illness and departure in 2014. Commonly referred to as a hard rock or blues rock band, they are also considered pioneers of heavy metal. Though they have always dubbed their music as simply “rock and roll”. AC/DC sold more than 200 million records worldwide.

Girish Pradhan is arguably the most powerful rock voice in the country. His band GIrish and the Chronicles have been much influenced by hard rock of the 60’s and 70’s. This is their homage to the Rock Gods. The audience at BFlat can expect to hear cult classics from the AC/DC albums like Highway to Hell, Back in Black and several more.
