The Revisit Project was initially a jam band focused on reviving the lost indian film music from 60’s and 70’s and adding a funk/jazz fusion twist to that . But recently the band has worked on it’s original sound and has produced an album called Here We Go. Catch them at Live at The Quarter.
‘Submarine in Space’ is an instrumental act based out of New Delhi, India. It is a creative endeavour to bring out fresh music from seemingly incongruent sources. Inspired by genres ranging from Old School Jazz to Hindustani Classical, the front man Abhishek Mittal believes that describing his music would involve a series of epithets, simply identifying it as an expression of honesty. Transcribing deep seated emotions to the fret board, he is flanked by musicians who stay true to this spirit.
