MUMBAI: Southern composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is set to perform live here Jan 17, 2015 on the festive occasion of Pongal. He will be joined by his father and music maestro Illayaraja along with a host of popular playback singers.
“Yuvan Shankar Raja, the little maestro is all set to woo his audience this Pongal with a musical concert. The concert is named as Yuvan Musical Express. Having performed in Malaysia, Singapore and Chennai earlier, this time its Nellai people to rejoice his music,” read a statement.
An excited Yuvan said: “It was my wish to perform in down south of Tamil Nadu, and I chose Tirunelveli because my debut film ‘Aravindan’ was shot in Nellai as its background.”
