MUMBAI: After setting the big screen on fire with her item number ‘Babuji zara dhere’, Yana Gupta seems to be adding yet another feather to her cap by making her singing debut with singer Dr Zeus. The album will be produced by Big Music.
On Monday morning, Yana was seen sporting a very different look at the press conference held to unveil the video. “I enjoyed singing as it was a different experience to get involved rather than simply lip singing the lyrics on screen,” said the Kingfisher Airlines model, sporting a short blonde cut.The model turned item girl has debuted as a singer with Dr Zeus’s latest album Back Unda The Influence. The Czech beauty has shot a sizzling video for the number and has teamed up with rapper Shortie aka Little Lox’s ludicrous style of rapping on Aag Ka Dariya and Na Koi Khayal.
Talking about her long term plans she says, “After this hip hop number, I would like to sing some more Hinglish and pop songs.”
