MUMBAI: Composer S.S. Thaman will perform in Hyderabad on 19 October at Thaman Unplugged – Music for a Cause. The proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Chief Minister’s relief fund for the victims of Hudhud cyclone in Andhra Pradesh.
The event will take place at Hard Rock Cafe in Hyderabad.
Actors such as Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, Hansika Motwani and Nithiin Reddy are expected to part of the event.

Designer and stylist Neeraja Kona will host the event, for which tickets are priced at Rs 1, 000 and Rs 2, 000.
He is predominantly known in the Tamil and Telugu film industry as the music composer. He has tested his acting skills by appearing in Tamil films like ‘Boys’, ‘Sindhanai Sei’, ‘Ayyanar’, and ‘Vandhaan Vendraan’. His debut film as a music director and actor was with the Telugu film ‘Kick’ and Tamil film ‘Boys’ respectively.
He composed music for films like ‘Rabhasa’, ‘Power’, ‘Meagamann’, ‘Aagadu’ and ‘Vanmam’. He also owns a band called ‘Thakkali’.
