MUMBAI: British musician and singer Sting will perform at Jodhpur One World Retreat on the grand finale of the three-day event starting form 8 March.
In a statement, it said that sixteen times Grammy Award winner has also voiced his support for the Cause. In his words “..This important issue deserves our attention now.”
The Jodhpur One World Retreat, organized by the Indian Head Injury Foundation and the Showtime Group, will centre around a conference on “A Beautiful Mind”. It is the first ever retreat to focus on the alarming increase in cases of head injuries in India, and India is today the Head Injury Capital of the World, with over 1.5 million injuries per year. One out of every six victims does not survive.
