MUMBAI: X Factor India has finished with its auditions and has announced top 12 finalist for the show. The gala performances will start from today 10 June.
The twelve finalist of the show have been divided into three categories mentored by the show judges.
Sonu Nigam will mentor contestant under-25 age group: Piyush, Shovon Ganguly, Seema Jha and Sahiti.

Shreya Ghoshal will tutor contestant above-25 age group: Kartar Singh, Geet Sagar, Amit Jadhav and Manjeera Gangully.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be coaching four bands: Deewana, Nirmitee, Sajda, and Last Minute.
Announcing the top 12 finalists, Sony Entertainment Television senior EVP and business head Sneha Rajani said, The X Factor has opened with an average of 2.1 TVR and 28% of people have watched the show. As customary, the ratings for a singing show always pick up with the gala performances and we are looking forward to the galas….
