MUMBAI: Sonu Nigam, it appears, has been hopping from one malady to another, worrying his myriad fans no end.
For the ones who have been unaware of the developments in the ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’ singer’s personal life, here is a run down. The singer recently went through a knee surgery for some cartilage issues. His other knee too was scheduled for a surgery on 7 June 2016. However, it has now been postponed to 13 June 2016.

Wondering what the reason for the delay could be? Well, the singer caught an intestinal infection – E Coli, a week ago. Thus, he could not have undergone a surgery with the same.
Sonu posted the same on his Facebook account. His post read : “Your love for today is humbling. unfortunately contracted E Coli 6 days ago, Hellish experience… Consequently, surgery postponed to 13th till I regain my strength…. Love u all.”
