MUMBAI: This is going to be massive! Skyharbor, the band which comprises members from around the world is all set to debut in the City Of Joy, Kolkata on 2 December 2016 at Swabhumi. THE Festival is a chain of benchmark concerts produced by E365 Media Solutions.
On talking about this huge affair, Director and Founder of THE Festival and E365 Media Solutions, Kinjal Bhattacharya said, “We are in high spirits to host Skyharbor for the first time in Kolkata. THE Festival is right now the only international music IP in Kolkata. What Escapes Me will be opening the show and there will be other acts too. The tickets will be available on Insider.in. Formed over the internet in 2001, Skyharbor has been a rebel at every step of their musical approach. The first ever Indo-American alternative progressive rock band comprises Keshav Dhar (Guitar), Eric Emery (Vocals), Devesh Dayal (Guitar), Krishna Jhaveri (Bass) and Aditya Ashok (Drums).

The vocalist Eric Emery is based in Cleveland, Ohio, US and also a member of the band Meytal. Also, he is a Grammy-nominated recording engineer, producer, mixer, and owner of Emery Recording Studios in Cleveland, OH. The other members of the band are from New Delhi and Mumbai, India.
Skyharbor released their debut album ‘Blinding White Noise’ in 2012 which got critical acclaims, and over time they have earned a dedicated fan following across the globe. They have also performed for the first time as an instrumental three-piece at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in 2011. As they continued to grow rapidly, they launched their second album ‘Guiding Lights’ in November 2014. In addition, Skyharbor will perform at Bacardi NH7 Weekender Pune on 3 December 2016.
