MUMBAI: Versatile singer Shreya Ghoshal has rendered a single ‘Sahaayane’ for the forthcoming Tamil movie ‘Saattai’.
For the first time, Ghoshal will be seen shaking her legs and making a special appearance in a song. The making video is recently released and will be used for promoting the movie.
Commenting on the single, Ghoshal said, “This song has the melody, it has the call, honesty, ability to touch your heart, it has everything that is needed for an absolutely beautiful ethereal romantic song. The entire team has done a fabulous job and I would like to thank everyone. I am sure this song will connect with the audiences in the first hearing.”

Composed by Imman and penned by Yugabharathi, the music album of the film comprises of nine tracks. Sony Music has acquired the music rights of the film and the album is slated to release in June.

Saattai, produced by director Prabhu Solomon in association with John Max, is about the education system in the country. The movie features Samuthrakani, Thambi Ramaiah, Ajmal Khan and Swasika in lead roles.
