MUMBAI: The makers of the Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim starring film Secret Superstar have released the film’s first song – Main Kaun Hoon. The song has been sung by Meghna Mishra in a soulful voice. The lyrics penned by Kausar Munir, the music for this song is by Amit Trivedi. Meghna’s voice and Amit’s music are a perfect match and lift the song to a level higher.
Main Kaun Hoon talks about the lead actress Zaira as she uploads her first singing video on YouTube wearing a burka. The song expresses the feelings of a girl who wishes to fly with her dreams and aspirations but is stuck in a cage. While recording she is lost in her thoughts, seeing herself performing on stage. The story is in the song is familiar to audiences because of the release of its trailer.
