MUMBAI: Grammy Award-winning singer Sam Smith says he asked ‘Halo’ hitmaker Beyonce Knowles for tips on how to eat more healthily before shedding 19 kgs over the last few months.
“I did have a conversation with Beyonce about food, which was great,” Smith told The Sun Newspaper, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The 22-year-old star failed to mention whether he had signed up to the 33-year-old beauty’s vegan food delivery service. But he has been put on a strict diet by celebrity nutritionist Amelia Freer and is no longer allowed to eat gluten, sugar or processed food.
