MUMBAI: Singer Parthiv Gohil, best known for his singing in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’ is to perform at Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017 today, 10 January. The Global Summit that is to be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will witness a musical performance by Gohil.
The singer is extremely excited to be performing at the event as he says, “To perform at such a prestigious event is an honour and I am completely looking forward to it.”
Gohil who is a renowned name in the Gujarati music industry is performing at the Summit after 10 years. He had performed in the presence of Modi, a decade ago and he will be repeating the act now.

Gohil’s performance at the summit will be more of folk. “I will be performing on Gujarati folk songs with my band,” says the singer.
Gohil has sung songs in Hindi and Gujarati films. ‘Yoon Shabnami’ from ‘Saawariya’ is a track that he is best known for.
