MUMBAI: Producers/DJs, Rusha and Blizza in association with Alfa Records, are all set to debut with “Mudra” , with a contemporary vibe enthralling the dance-music community to groove to its beats.
Album Mudra consists of six tracks namely Atpati Tarang (Intro), PashuGudwan, Kaka, Hunter Wala, Adhunik Tandav, Mudra (Outro) in the the EP Mudra. Each song dives deep into the Indian roots bringing out the true ethnic spirit of Indian folk music with future sounds calling it as “BODY MUSIC”.

Believing in the revolutionary nature of music, the album ‘Mudra’ endeavours to relate with dance troops and enthusiasts across the globe. While it draws inspiration from the traditional roots of Indian dance forms giving homage to the art, the music has been detailed to breathe life into the modern era.
“With the influence of trap and hip hop, there is a blend of edginess along with smooth flow of the beats. Besides the motion poster of the tracks truly compliment it. The whole concept of the ‘Mudra’ is to merge Indian ethnic sound with modern trap bass with some hip hop elements,” explained the makers of the album Rusha and Blizza.
They describe that the songs do not convey any message as they have used adlibes instead of lyrics.
Rusha and Blizza further enunciated, “For the EP Mudra we went through structures and chords progressions, we use a lot of plugins that have ability to create each and every sample sound unique. We always willing to do what our ears wants as soon as possible it could happen.We aim to create beats that one could groove on,” added Rusha and Blizza.We only wish to reach out to the dance groups and music enthusiasts who are looking for new beats to dance on.
In terms of upcoming projects Rusha and Blizza revealed they have an album and a video single coming up after the release of
‘Mudra’.
“The audience will witness experimental electronic music totally different from this genre in the future from us,” mentioned Rusha and Blizza.
