Rock band Sonic Flare to perform at HRC

MUMBAI: Bangalore based rock band Sonic Flare are all set to groove on 17 May at Hard Rock Café in the city.

The band will perform some of their popular blues and funk rock tracks oriented towards the 80’s.

Formed in 2002, the six-member band comprises of Nikhil Ponnanna (vocals), Priyanka Goswami (vocals), NeerajKhanna (guitars), Ajit Narayanan (bass), Vinay Raghavan (drums) and Kaushik Nath (keyboards).

Formerly known as Exit, the band released their first studio album titled ‘The Final Beginning’ in September2011. They are highly influenced by bands like Police, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jason Mraz, Dream Theater andRush amongst others.

The band has also performed at events like Radio City Live, Sunday Jams, KSIT fest and more.
