MUMBAI: Red FM announced the appointment of Krishna Menon as National Activation Head & Station Head, Mumbai and Anand Raj as Station Head, New Delhi
Krishna brings with him a progressive experience in sales & business management of about eleven years whereas Anand was earlier involved with the national promotions and client solutions portfolio for Red FM in Mumbai for the past two and a half years.
Speaking of his new role at Red FM, National Activation and Station Head Krishna Menon said I’m looking forward to my new role as Head of Red ACTIV and Station Head, Mumbai. Red FM has executed some brilliant campaigns in the past and I have some exciting plans for the brand going forward. I have a great team working with me and we are certain that we will be churning out some excellent work soon….
In addition to his mandate of managing Red FM’s Mumbai Station, Krishna will be involved in advertiser funded programming, consumer engagement and on-ground promotions amongst others, as Head of Red ACTIV.
Prior to his appointment at Red FM, Krishna worked with Bloomberg UTV as the AVP for the Advertiser Funded Programs Division. He was also associated with a leading radio station and was instrumental in setting up their activations team and was responsible for the launch of their Trivandrum station. He has also had triumphant stints at organizations such as Diageo, BPL Mobile and E18.
On being appointed as the Station Head for Delhi, Anand Raj, an accomplished professional with a myriad of experience under his belt said, I am very delighted to take on this challenge as the Station Head at Red FM, Delhi. As a mandate, I will be focusing on increasing market share and opening revenue opportunities for RED FM in the Delhi market….
Anand Raj comes with overall experience of 14 years of which he essayed the role of a media professional for 10 years. He was previously associated with Astro All Asia Network, Reliance Infocomm and Sahara Network.
