MUMBAI: The Bingo Red FM Bajate Raho on-ground campaigning kicked off today in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
Red FM has tied up with Channel [V] to telecast for the first time its annual Bingo Bajate Raho Awards in association with Zandu Pancharishtha. The various categories include Bollywood, music, cricket, television, city special awards for Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata and a special Indiatimes 58888 highest selling voice award are given for worst contribution in each categoriy. Indiatimes is the mobile partner. This award aims to include common people to vote for the awards. The campaigning includes:
Branded Auto rickshaws: A brigade of Red FM auto rickshaws along with bikers and pillion riders will cover various malls and multiplexes across Mumbai. They will halt at various places and engage audiences with fun games and trivia questions about the nominees & will distribute voting forms which could be filled on the spot to win many prizes.
Multiplex Activity: A special Red FM listening booth will be set up at Key Multiplexes across town which will play recordings of the various categories for voting for the Bingo Red FM Bajaate Raho awards 2007.
Road Show / Election Campaign: With a 14 feet cantor being converted to an election station, promoters would dress as netas and campaign for no votes.
Corporate Dhamaka: Red FM will be arranging mock voting for the nominees at corporate offices. A life size polling booth complete with ballot boxes, voting forms, placards, etc; will be put up in the cafeterias of the corporate.
Procession on an Open Bus: Red FM will take out a procession on an open air bus complete with band bajaa, Red FMs RJs, look a likes of nominees and campaigners would travel across the city to propagate the message to Bajaao their coveted nominees.
