MUMBAI: AR Rahman’s Rockstar bagged two awards in the music category at the 18th Annual Colors Screen Awards 2012.
Rahman won the best music director, while Mohit Chauhan bagged the best playback singer male for â€?Phir Se Ud Chala’ and â€?Sadda Haq’.Best female playback singer award was given to Shreya Goshal for â€?Ooh la la’ from ‘The Dirty Picture’.
Prasoon Joshi won the best lyricist award for â€?Achha Lagta Hai’ from Aarakshan and the best background score award was given to Ranjit Barot for Shaitan.
