MUMBAI: Renowned indie-folk singer Raghu Dixit is all set to perform a live concert at the second edition of Canvas Live on 18 October at 9pm in Palladium Mall, Lower Parel.
Canvas Live will include live performance of bands from various genres in association with international music labels, renowned entertainment agencies and artiste managers. The venue usually known for the in-house DJ format will be transformed into a live music venue for the event.
Known for his musical blend of folk and rock, Dixit has been the only Indian musician to perform at Queen of England’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant held earlier this year in May 2012. The former Bharatnatyam dancer’s impeccable music has earned him several honors on global platform and has been termed as the biggest India’s export of recent times
