MUMBAI: Celebrating the festive fervor, renowned singer and multi-instrumentalist Raghav Sachar is all set to release his devotional album ‘Om Jai Lakshmi Mata’ on 25 October. The album will release under his own record label Raghav Sachar Music in association with Zee Networks.
With the association, Sachar’s label will own the entire copyright of the album, while Zee Networks will withhold the marketing rights. Sachar has also sourced two of his tracks from HMV label for this album. The album will feature seven devotional tracks crooned by renowned artistes like Shankar Mahadevan, Rekha Bhardwaj and Richa Sharma.
Sachar said, “It’s a devotional album which encapsulates the spirits of Diwali and Navratri. It is a peaceful offering of devotional tracks and aartis rendered by some great singers. I have also composed 30 sec promotional video giving the quick preview of the album. The video features me doing pooja of Lord Mata in a delightful backdrop of diyas and swastikas. It will be a short promotional activity and will feature the first paragraph of the aarti.”
