MUMBAI: Poet and rapper Raftaar along with Indian rapper known for his Hindi, Haryanvi, and Punjabi songs – Badshah plan to surprise their fans with a collaboration. Raftaar is now coming up with his new album ‘Zero to Infinity’.
Raftaar is super excited about his independent album which depicts his life journey and for him the cherry on the cake is to work with Badshah. “It is a golden opportunity for me to have Badshah Bhai in my album. He is my brother and mentor always . What best could I have than Bhai being a part.” Raftaar said.
Raftaar is slowly making space for himself in Bollywood music as he has recently sung for Dhakaad from the movie Dangal and his ‘Saara Zamana’ from the movie Kaabil will be released soon. He is happy with the speed he is moving ahead. “ I do not want to rush anywhere, I believe in going with the flow. I am succeeding step by step and I am happy with mu speed ”, Raftaar added.

Badshah will be a judge on music reality show ‘Dil Hai Hindustani’, whereas Raftaar says he has no interest in such shows. He said, “I don’t want to be compared. I am a singer and that is my passion what I want to keep doing always. Even after 10 years, all that will differ are wrinkles on my face, but then too I will keep conveying my poems via songs.”
The rapper is more proud about himself as he is not only a singer but also a poet and believes he is conveying messages to people always and will be doing forever.
We will soon see Raftaar with his new work on three albums with Zee Music and Bollywood songs along with Punjabi music and independent music.
