MUMBAI: In order to gear up for Phase III, Radio Mirchi has restructured its leadership team by promoting Hitesh Sharma as chief operating officer and Mahesh Shetty as chief strategy officer.
Additionally, Yatish Mehrishi will take over as the regional director – North, Sameer Sainani has been promoted as the chief revenue officer and Anirban Sengupta will head the Mumbai business.

Radioandmusic.com has reported last week that Sriram Kilambi, senior vice-president and cluster head, ENIL Mumbai was promoted as marketing head, Radio Mirchi.
Hitesh Sharma has been with ENIL for the last eight years, was a regional director – West, he was a part of the team that masterminded the successful transition of the company into Phase II, while Mahesh Shetty was heading the post of the director – North and will now handle the important role of preparing the company for rapid expansion.
Sameer Sainani, who was earlier the national sales head will now look after all revenue functions of radio sales, activation, sponsorship and the IP businesses.
Yatish Mehrishi, erstwhile was the cluster head of Delhi, Jaipur and Jallandhar and Anirban Sengupta, cluster head of East will now take over the Mumbai business from Sriram.
