MUMBAI: As part of its seventh anniversary celebrations, Radio City Lucknow brought out a unique platform to honour and felicitate its loyal, long-standing listeners. Named ‘Radio City Fan Mela’, the show will go on for three weeks.
The show is on ‘Whatte Fun Mornings’ hosted by RJ Vera and on City Joyride hosted by RJ Meenu.
The show gives the listeners to co-host shows with RJs and a chance to become celebrities on-air. The FM station will air audio-clips of memorable calls and bytes from listeners recorded over the last seven years. Current day listeners will be invited to answer simple questions based on these audio clips. Based on the responses, one lucky listener will get to be part of the ‘The Radio City Fan Mela’ everyday. Speaking on the occasion Radio City VP and national head – programming and marketing Rana Barua said, “Our seven years entertaining the nation with the best of music and entertainment have been a truly memorable and deeply cherished journey. We at Radio City, extend our gratitude to our listeners for their steadfast support and for making us their FM station of choice.
