MUMBAI: Radio City has ranked at the 12th position among ‘India’s Best Companies to work for- up to 1000 employees in 2012’ by Great Places to Work Institute’s survey.
The survey has shortlisted the station amongst India’s top ten companies for ‘Rewards and Recognition, 2012’ program. The program honours both individuals and teams, which go the extra mile to up the performance of their departments and the company.
The station has undertaken various initiatives like ‘Cheers to Peers’, ‘Ring Aloud’, ‘Star of the month’, ‘Sher of the Month’, ‘Special Programming Incentives’ and ‘Eureka – Driving Excellence’ awards encouraging employees to perform to their utmost capabilities.
