MUMBAI: ‘Desi Girl’ Priyanka Chopra is going solo for her third single. The first two tracks of her music career ‘In my City’ and ‘Exotic’, featured two top international acts Will.i.am and Pitbull, respectively. However, her next release will be an opportunity for her to prove her musical skills on an individual strength.
The single titled ‘I cannot make you love’, will be out this April as reported earlier. Chopra who was present during the third day of FICCI Frames 2014 told Radioandmusic.com about the latest single. Chopra said, “Holi is coming and it (the single) might have that element present.”
She further stated, “Holi is my favourite festival. I like the colours of Holi so there is a little element of it. This is my first solo single.”

During her session ‘In conversation with Priyanka Chopra’ which was anchored by NDTV senior editor and senior anchor Nidhi Razdan, Chopra spoke about her film career and the praised the works of filmmakers. She also touched upon her biopic based on Mary Kom, and what the Indian Olympian boxer is like. Chopra also credited her father and stated that it was his encouragement that helped her pursue a music career.
