MUMBAI: The ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ singer Palak Muchhal is all set to sing for Star Plus’ ‘Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji’. The show happens to be a sequel to ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, that was famous for its storyline, characters and the title track, thus the viewers have high expectations with its sequel.
The makers too are leaving no stone unturned to raise the bar in respect to its storyline, well-defined characters and the title track.
In fact, when they decided on bringing, a Bollywood music personality onboard for the show’s title track, they couldn’t think of anyone but Palak Munchhal. The ‘Kaun Tujhe’ singer too gave the project an instant nod.

On having agreed upon the TV project Muchhal states, “I couldn’t say a ‘no’ to be a part of the most loved show. It’s truly an overwhelming feeling to know that the title track will be known for my voice. I have been fortunate to be chosen for this project. I’m really happy and will surely give my best.”
