MUMBAI: Commencing its fifth edition on a high note, Nokia Music Connects 2013 hosted a grand soiree welcoming all guests and eminent speakers on 25 November at blueFROG, Andheri, Mumbai.
The event witnessed an amalgamation of dynamic personalities from Indian and International music fraternity. From industry professionals, music label heads, event managers, artiste managers, corporate heads to top-notch creative professionals, the high profile VIP ’Pre-Party’ was a grand opening event night. Present at the occasion were Brian Message (Co Manager, Radiohead), Ralph Simon (CEO, Mobilium Global), Simon Wheeler (Director of Digital, Beggars Group), Vince Bannon (Vice President, Entertainment Partnerships and Development, Getty Images), Dewal Prasher (CEO, Meshi Creations) amongst others.
Nokia Music Connects is a joint venture conceptualised by Hong Kong based Branded (which runs Music and Digital Matters) and leading Indian media portal Indiantelevision.com’s Radioandmusic.com.
With its spotlight on the Australian Music Industry, Nokia Music Connects 5 will focus on ‘Redefining Entertainment- Personal: Social: Mobile’. The Indian music forum will feature various discussions on major issues and challenges faced in the music business and concentrate on technology, innovation and consumption front. The annual conference will be held from 26-27 November 2013 at The ITC Grand Central, Parel, Mumbai.
