MUMBAI: He gave us ‘Death By Shoelaces’ in March this year and now Nanok aka Jai Vaswani, is giving us his new EP -‘Fever’. The EP will comprise five tracks including ‘Fever’, ‘This Feeling’ featuring Zubin, ‘1973’ featuring Reisa, ‘The Next Day’ featuring VN and ‘Future’ (bonus track). Nanok fans will hear his next original composition in January 2015. He has big plans for next year.
Speaking to Radioandmusic.com, Nanok said, “I have over 150 original tracks which include raw and completed tracks. In January 2015, I will plan to release them in form of singles every week or two. I have not picked a day or decided on a label company but I am hopeful about launching the singles.” He is in talks with the label company for the same. “Many people unveil mixes of other artistes but I want to launch my own music as I have a lot of unused original music. I like challenging myself as I find it very exciting,” he added. The singles will include collaborations and vocals.
Going back to his new EP ‘Fever’ which had a soft launch in Guwahati, will have a massive launch in Mumbai on 1 November at blueFROG. He will promote his EP at Bacardi NH7 Weekender in Pune and Kolkata. ‘Fever’ the track from the EP with the same name, has a music video featuring actor/comedian Varun Thakur and produced by the Mumbai-based video content house CATNIP.
He is in talks with few more festivals but remained tight-lipped on the names.

Nanok who started DJing in his early teens owns a cafe and plans to start a professional gym. “It is difficult to balance different professions but music, food and fitness are my hobbies and I will make all them work together,” expressed Nanok.
It was from last year onwards, Nanok decided to pursue music as he did in his teens’ and was signed by Krunk.
