MY FM plans to create record book for Ganesh Chaturthi

MUMBAI: As the whole country is immersed in the colours of Ganesh Chaturthi celebration, MY FM is planning to create a book of records revolving around the festival. The station is featuring various on-air and on-ground initiatives for its listeners for the same purpose.

In its on-air campaign, the station will offer listeners a chance to recite Ganesh mantras and aartis for a record number of times and will also share interesting stories about lord Ganesh. The on-ground activity of the station will seek out listeners who have the maximum number of Ganesh idols in their house and will add their names in the book of records. The station will host other on-ground activities like laddoo eating competitions, rangoli competitions, Ganesh painting competitions and mandir decorations.

Commenting on the campaign MY FM CEO Harrish M Bhatia said, “We are committed to engaging with our listeners at every occasion in their lives. Ganesh Chaturthi is an important festival in our markets and we want to integrate the on-air and on-ground festive experience through this celebration for our listeners.”
