NEW DELHI: Even as controversy was sought to be raised about his monthly broadcasts in Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation in his next edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ tomorrow (29 November).
The programme, which will be held at 11 am, will be broadcast live on the entire All India Radio (AIR) network and Doordarshan channels.
As the Parliament session is currently on-going, Modi is not expected to make any policy announcements tomorrow.

The Prime Minister has already invited people to share their messages for this edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on the official government website.
In addition, Modi has asked people to phone-in and record messages for the upcoming edition of the radio programme.
Modi had, last month, relayed some of these recorded messages during his monthly broadcast and may do so again.
Unlike some of his previous broadcasts, there is no theme for Modi’s talk tomorrow. Earlier themes have included rural sanitation, swachhta or other programmes of the government.
Even as no survey has so far been conducted on the listenership or viewership of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, private television channels have been reproducing some portions considered newsy by them.
Modi also received several suggestions on the official government website as well as his Twitter handle.
