MUMBAI: The popular television musical drama “Glee” will pay a special tribute to late King of Pop Michael Jackson in an episode schedule to be aired on 24 Jan.
The episode will centre on some of Jackson’s biggest hit records. The producers are planning to feature around 12 of the singer’s songs and are fast tracking the writing of the script, with the first half set to be filmed before Christmas. The second half will be completed when the actors return in early January before airing later that month, reports Tv Guide magazine.
Earlier, the series has aired episodes paying tribute to other music icons like Britney Spears, Madonna and Fleetwood Mac.
