MUMBAI: Quickly following his previous collaboration with Nevve on Do Bad Well, revered producer and DJ KSHMR teams up with Italian duo Marnik for an infectious new single Alone featuring vocalists Anjulie and Jeffrey Jey. Out Friday, November 15 via Spinnin Records, the track precedes KSHMR’s performance at Dreamfields Mexico this weekend.
Leading the track with atmospheric vocal sounds from Canadian/Guyanese singer Anjulie, Alone is a transcendent house tune featuring percussion-soaked beats and rhythmic hooks. Pairing the harmonically-rich melodies of Anjulie with Italian vocalist Jeffrey Jey, Alone intertwines KSHMR’s signature vocal-driven production style with Marnik’s unique blend of house music. No strangers to hit collaborations together, KSHMR and Marnik have previously released chart-topping tracks Baazar (over 20 million streams) and Mandala (over 11 million Spotify streams), and have once again joined forces to create a wistful new track with Alone.
