MUMBAI: The ‘The Stage Season 2’ that has seen music enthusiasts from all across the country, recently witnessed one more eviction of another participant Lalrnfeli Hauhnar, who got eliminated on 2 October 2016, Sunday.
Popularly known as ‘Feli’, this single mother from the north east of India (Lunglei, Mizoam) was everyone’s favourite for her husky tone and happy-go-lucky vibes.
In a candid conversation with Radioandmusic.com, Feli stated, “I never thought that I could be good enough to be on the show. I feel lucky that I got the chance to be a part of this singing talent hunt. However, it just came and went.”

According to her, she doesn’t prefer any particular genre; also, classics and pop are her forte. “I have never been trained professionally. Whatever I have learned today, is all because of YouTube. I used to watch YouTube videos and tried to incorporate them at some stage in my singing. I didn’t know what went wrong that day and I was not at all ready for the eviction so early. Maybe, I didn’t give my best,” said Feli while talking about her ‘The Stage 2’ voyage.
Also, she said that she didn’t have any technical knowledge of music, nor has she played any instrument in real life. Though she got eliminated vey early, she says she would not mind cheering for one of the favourites Abhishek Gurung, and her favourite judge Ehsaan Noorani.
“All I can say is, it was my first musical experience in the true sense and it was incredible!” added Feli.
