MUMBAI: ‘Tik-Tok’ singer Ke$ha has completed her two month rehab stint and is getting back into the music scene. The 27 year old singer checked herself into a treatment centre for eating disorder shortly after the New Year. However, the singer was recently spotted at LAX airport, with a rainbow coloured hair makeover.
Yesterday, the singer took to her Twitter account to thank her 3.5 million followers. In a post on the micro blogging site she said, “Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music, “I can’t thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me”.
In a following tweet she said, “life is beautiful. I’m so blessed to have u all.” The ‘Timber’ singer has also changed her Twitter handle to @KeshaRose. Previously, she was using the handle @keshasuxx.
Post checking into rehab, it was alleged that Dr. Luke, to whose record label Ke$ha was signed, was to blame for the singer developing the disorder. Later in an interview, her mother- Pebe Sebert confirmed that since being signed to the label, Ke$ha begun to lose weight. Sebert also revealed that the singer’s disorder was fatal and that the doctor said it was a “miracle” she survived despite starving herself.
Ke$ha was slated to perform a series of spring shows, however, cancelled last month because she wanted to get back to being healthy.
